    why is it soo so so difficult to find the CHAT icon or link. i clicked on “click here” and ended up with this very page i am on now. NOTHING about accessing CHAT. I was logged into my account and scrolled up and down on every page and still could not find it. i found the emaili but that is NOT the same as CHAT. there is no point in me waiting for a reply which wont be any time soon from past experience so i shall just go back to wasting more time looking for the CHAT link.
