How Do I Complain to Evri?

If you have a complaint regarding the service provided by Evri, there are several steps you can take to ensure your complaint is heard and addressed in a timely and effective manner. Here are some guidelines to follow when lodging a complaint with Evri:

  1. Contact Customer Support: The first step in resolving any complaint is to contact the company’s customer support department. Evri’s customer support team can be reached via email, phone, or live chat. Explain the nature of your complaint in detail, and provide any relevant information, such as order numbers or product details. The customer support team will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  2. Escalate to their CEO: Over the past couple of months, we’ve heard from many customers that Evri has not been replying to customers’ queries via their phone and live chat properly. If that resonates with you, you may want to escalate the matter to their CEO. To do so, send an email to Martijn.deLange@evri.com
  3. Submit a Formal Complaint Using a Third Party: If you are still not satisfied with the response from the customer support team or the manager, you can submit a formal complaint to the consumer dispute resolution center of the UK, to do so, go to this page and fill in the form: dashboard.cdrl.org.uk

When making a complaint, it’s important to remain calm and professional. Provide as much detail as possible and be clear about what you want to achieve. Keep records of all communication with Evri, including the dates and times of phone calls and the names of people you speak with. This will help you to track the progress of your complaint and ensure that your concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

    I have spent 4 days in the last 3weeks waiting for evri to collect a parcel to no avail . Can’t speak to any body due to the shit houses having got the balls to put a phone number for a customer service team to ask for advice on what to do next .They e mailed to they had been on every occasion but no proof , no sorry I called card and didn’t set my door video bell off . I have now divided to bin parcel and swallow my £70 gift and buy something else . I will push red hot rusty nails in my eyes and genitals before I use evri again ,please read and beware , big Stu davyhulme 😇😇😇😇

      Evri text me to say they had a parcel for me but couldn’t deliver because they did not have my complete address . They sent. Me a link which won’t open. Because I have no details I cannot contact them

    I am heart broken, 2 of my parcels were going to be delivered by Evri from different retailers.When I got notification about parcels from Evri,I diverted delivery to a parcel shop for convenience. my parcels were never delivered for 1 week and i enquired from chatbot.
    I was surprised to hear that my parcels were now being returned to the sender.
    I can’t understand, did I make a mistake by using the chat bot to follow up on my parcels?

    To add to the volume of above EVRI complaints I now wish to report on a scam in the name of EVRI. After they had failed to deliver a parcel to me 3 times my wife received a message on her phone that they had failed to deliver to her that day. Since she wasnt expecting any parcels she thought that they had simply mixed her up with me. She was directed to another window on her phone to make arrangements for a different delivery day. They wanted to confirm her post code and what day she wanted the parcel to be delivered. After entering this information she was then asked to enter her bank card number. At this point she hung up as it was a scam. The fact that the sender of the message knew 3 attempts had been made in the last couple of days to deliver to our address means either EVRA’s site has been hacked or there is someone in the local delivery depot who is providing this information to criminal gangs. Either way BEWARE IF YOU ARE (STILL) USING EVRA.

    I paid for a next day delivery. Tracking showed there was a delay at the holding station. A week later you have delivered it back to me !!! The box is ripped. The delivery driver could not help. What am I supposed to do now? No sense out of chat as they don’t recognise the postcode.

    EVRI did not collect my parcel and I have been chasing them for past 2 weeks for refund. Chatbot is horrible, there is no way to speak with a person. Just horrible service. Never use EVRI again.

    WANT TO PLACE A COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE I ORDERED A PARCEL OFF EBAY FOR MY SON EBAY HAD CORRECT FULL POST CODE ETC YET YOUVE RECIEVED ITEM FROM EBAY AND PUT A POST CODE LAST 3 PARTS AS A POSTCODE YOU OR THE SELLER DIDNT GET FROM ME PLUS I SENT MESSAGES TO YOUR COMPANY WITH CORRECT DETAILS AND STILL HAD TO CHASE UP PARCEL WHICH I FOUND DISSTRSSEING AS WHEN ON CHAT ALL I KEPT GETTING BACK WAS CODE DOESNT MATCH PARCEL WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER YOU SENT ME WHICH I PROVIDED BACK TO YOU I SEE STILL NO IMPROVEMENT AFTER RENAMING MY JERMES TO EVRI ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSSTED WITH SUPPORT AND SERVICE PROVIDED FROM EVRI DELIVERY WISE NEVER KNOWN A SERVICE LIKE IT

      I payed for next day delivery for my parcel and have not received my parcel I have been chasing it. But still no parcel. It’s my boys birthday tomorrow and I’m not happy as it’s a birthday present

    Unbelivable bad experience. Have used Evri 3 times, and NONE of them was delivered smoothly, every single time would have issues – deliver to wrong location / damage parcel / deliver without any proof of delivery and causing missing parcel.
    Would NOT recommend anyone to use EVRI any more.

    i have been told for 4 days now that someone will be contacting me about a parcel that was delivered to a locker but no code was provided to get the parcel. no this parcel has been collected and sent back to the manufacturer. i am fuming i needed the parcel, the customer service is diabolical you talk to a robot that repeats it self over and over

    when they were Hermes they were rubbish change name but still rubbish
    come up with some crap they cannot deliver because unable to access property but have deliver on numerous times no problem
    worse courier company ever

    I wont to talk to some one about a parcel and i do not wont to talk to a robot how do i do that as both off my parcel says its been delivered and i havent seen them they keep leavin um outside my front door so everyone can see so some one as pick it up and tuke it and iv tryed phone number and im ralkin to a robot and i do not wont to talk to a robot i wont to talk to some one in person

    Evri is just a very big scam, about 3 of my items us lost and can’t be traced. My money just went into thin air. This ain’t funny at all..

      Please, I have called the home office of Evri severally and the person who picked my calls said he was not hearing me, please my complaint is I was meant to send a parcel to Manchester a week ago, after putting all the necessary informations , i paid and the machine debited me and refused to give print out for the delivery, finally my money was debited and I didn’t send the goods. I want them to refund me my money.

    Evri delivered my parcel at 10.53PM onto a communal footpath they did not knock got up in morning and no parcel this was 3 weeks ago I have tried to get hold of Evri several times a day but nothing they can’t even be bothered to answer your message appalling to say the least no I am fighting to get a refund on my item but without Evri answering me I do not get it use someone else if you are sending a parcel you can’t speak to anyone not a very happy customer.

    Parcel track nr T00ILA000516053, not arriving, without any reason. When I change collect from the shop, the address is confirmed, and EVRi stops all services: information, tracking results and etc. This standard delivery pay and parcel should be com in 3 working days. All live chats and customer service phone is not working properly, Very poor customer service.. I do not understand how this company still have working, the next delivery companies during the proper service, the way I don’t have a chance choice a delivery company by self…

    Appalling services, I arranged for my parcel to be collected and delivered to me since Jan 27. They have not delivered bit and refused to engage with me to resolve the issue. My tracking number no longer appears on their site.

    It’s about my courier he refuses to deliver any of my orders always saying having trouble finding my address but he knows where I stay he was at my address couple of weeks ago delivering to next-door neighbour It’s happening because he broke into our property through pushing in our security door my partner caught him and confronted him not had an order delivered since iknow he’s self employed but you should do something about the situation that’s 10 orders not received even getting angrier just by writing this message It’s costing the seller because they have to keep on giving me refunds and not making any money. I could’ve reported him to police for breaking and entry but it’s not to late

    Hi I’ve been waiting for my parcel for nearly 2 weeks… Apparently I was out when it was trying to be delivered but I was in all day… Which was Saturday then said next working day so should of been Monday it’s now nearly Friday….

    It then has been saying it cannot deliver the parcel, we will try the next working day.

    This has been going on for over a week now.

    I can’t even speak to an actual human.

    I continue to speak through live chat but NOONE from customer services can contact me back.

    I’ve spent alot of money on this parcel.

    How on earth do I speak to a human?

    Tracking H0*********926. Order No 53924 you have not given any updates since 17th June. I have been told Evri have said it’s moving between logistic centres. All you have said is you are waiting for it?
    Please give us up to date info. I know you are busy but when waiting and you get nothing and your chat is rubbish.

    Hello, my package has not been delivered. The last delivery update was on June 8. He’s been trying to contact your company ever since. I am on auto chat all the time and no response from you or my package. The product was not delivered and was supposed to be delivered the next business day. That was June 8, and now it’s June 17. It’s terrible! It’s not the first time I’ve had problems with your company. I don’t have this problem with other companies. I never get a delivery on time from you!

      Hello, my package has not been delivered. The last delivery update was on June 26 . I live in a flat and i had another package the left in groun floor my neighbour found it Evri is not good they donot have responsblity.

    There “customer service” is terrible. When it promps live chat you speak to a BOT that doesn’t understand what you say then just hangs up. It’s no good contacting customer service because there isn’t one. Just a BOT that doesn’t allow you to actually speak to a member of staff. Very poor business.

    I posted a parcel with Evri , after 4 weeks got the parcel back. The parcel had the right address on and the right amount paid but Evri still not able to deliver, very disappointed. Tried to contact you on a premium number but not worth it, I will leave appropriate feedback.

    I sent multiple packages from the One Stop Shop in Ross on Wye Herefordshire.There hasn’t been a collection since Saturday 29th of April. I send all my parcels by Next Day delivery so I have paid extra and not got the service. Can you please refund me the money I have spent. My customers are complaining about the service I am giving them due to your service.
