Consequences of Selling Prohibited Items
When a Vinted member lists an item that violates the platform’s rules, several actions can be taken:
- Listing Review and Removal: Other members can flag your listing if it appears to violate the rules. Vinted’s team may then remove the non-compliant item.
- Account Suspension: Repeated violations can lead to temporary or permanent account suspension. Vinted communicates these actions through messages and offers guidance on required actions.
I’ve been suspended on Vinted for 1 month with no warning or anything.
The item I posted wasn’t fake or replica.
Is 100% authentic and after I’ve explain and sent around 12 pictures to prove so, they still came back and told me im banned for posting a counterfeit item.
I spent 7 days wasting my time for a mess they created. There system is comepletely terrible.
Last month they messaged me to ask if I would do a zoom call to discuss how to discuss the platform.
Last week I get suspended for nothing.
Vinted are terrible with customer service.
They have just shut my account down for a whole month, busiest time of the year and now Ive gotta try find different avenues to sell. Comepletely a joke.
