What to Do When Your Revolut Card Gets Frozen?

Frozen Revolut Card

Having your Revolut card frozen can be a stressful experience, but don’t worry, there are steps you can take to resolve this issue. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Check Your Revolut App

The first thing you should do is check your Revolut app. If your card was frozen by Revolut’s security system or by you, any payment with Apple/Google Pay will be declined, and the card will appear as suspended in Apple/Google Pay. Once you unfreeze the card, it’ll become active again.

2. Unfreeze Your Card

You can unfreeze your card directly in the Revolut app. If your card was frozen by you, simply navigate to the ‘Cards’ section in the app and select the option to unfreeze your card.

3. Contact Revolut Support

If you’re unable to unfreeze your card through the app, or if your card was frozen by Revolut’s security system, you should contact Revolut’s customer support. You can do this through the in-app chat feature or by emailing them at support@revolut.com.

4. Verify Your Card Status

After you’ve unfrozen your card or contacted customer support, check your card status in the app to ensure it’s active. If your card was terminated due to compromised card security, you’ll need to use a new card.

5. Monitor Your Account

Keep an eye on your account for any unauthorized transactions. If you see any, contact Revolut immediately.

Remember, it’s crucial to act quickly when you realize your card has been frozen to prevent any potential issues. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to Revolut’s customer support for assistance.

This information is worthless if you cannot login on the app or the web. They dont have links to support by email, phone etc. Its like trying to get into North Korea by the demilitarised zone.
