What to Do if You Lost Access to Your Revolut Account?

Whether you’ve misplaced your login credentials or faced a technical issue, it’s essential to act swiftly to regain access and secure your financial resources. This article provides a comprehensive guide on what you should do when you’ve lost access to your Revolut account.

1. Attempt to Reset Your Password

In many instances, losing access can be as simple as forgetting your password. If this is the case, start by attempting a password reset.

To do this, open your Revolut app and click on “Forgotten?” on the password entry screen. You’ll then be prompted to enter the email address linked to your account. Once you’ve done this, Revolut will send you a password reset email. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

2. Use Revolut’s In-app Chat Support

If a password reset doesn’t resolve your issue, or if you can’t remember the email address you used to create your account, reach out to Revolut’s in-app customer support.

3. Contact Revolut Support via Social Media

If you can’t access the in-app support, your next step should be to contact Revolut’s support team through social media. Revolut maintains active customer service on platforms such as Twitter (@RevolutApp) and Facebook. Send them a direct message explaining your situation, and they should be able to guide you through the next steps. Remember, never share sensitive account information, such as your password, card details, or pin on social media.

4. Email Revolut’s Support

If the social media route is not effective, you can also reach out to Revolut’s support team via email at support@revolut.com. Be sure to provide as much information about your issue as you can, excluding sensitive account information.

In Case of Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact Revolut immediately through in-app support, social media, email, or the emergency phone line. The sooner Revolut is aware of the issue, the quicker it can act to secure your account.

Same comments, by others over and over here, does any staff even read these posts, I highly doubt it, as e mails too are never answered, so no human to speak to, no e mails answered… Great customer service not!!! In this day and age, it’s diabolical from any bank…

The same here, many times I’ve e mailed, no response, why oh why no human to speak to! No number it’s so crazy! Great bank when it’s working, but in reality, not so great, as to resolve any issues it’s days and days, on a in app messaging system! No way even to do that if your locked out! I got a metal plan order for card, at 12 99 per month 7 months of paying for this card, no card came!, message after message, month after month they issued finally after 7 months new card, a atm chewed it up! Never returned, I’m stuck with no access to my account, and no card!… Revlout you really, really need to address this, I’m now thinking of quitting this has being going on over a month!!! I’m so going to change my bank… Your loss, as I’ve a fair amount of money, you’re getting 12 99 a month out of me, what do I get nothing.. No card no access to my account what’s the point, we all need a working account.
