Step 2: Replacement of Faulty Tab

Once Hastings Direct has notified you of a fault with your Tab, they will arrange for it to be replaced. This is a completely free service provided by Hastings Direct, so you won’t have to worry about any costs associated with this process.

Step 3: Replacement Due to Loss or Damage

In the event that you lose your Tab or it gets damaged, Hastings Direct can issue a replacement. However, unlike with the fault replacement, there will be a charge for this service. The exact charge can be found in the table below:
