To close a Klarna account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Klarna account on the Klarna website or in the Klarna app.
- Click on the ‘Settings’ option in the menu.
- Scroll down and click on ‘Close account’.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to confirm that you want to close your account.
In some cases, the “Close Account” button might be disabled/not appear, in those cases, it’s best to open a live chat with Klarna.
Note that once you close your Klarna account, you won’t be able to use Klarna again in the future. Also, any outstanding payments on your account will still need to be paid, even after you close your account.
