If you’re a Tinder user in the UK and you need to get in touch with customer service, this article will guide you through the process.

Visit the Tinder Help Centre
Before reaching out to customer service, it’s a good idea to check if your issue can be resolved by browsing the Tinder Help Centre. The Help Centre contains a wealth of information, including FAQs and guides on various topics such as account creation, profile management, and troubleshooting. You can access the Help Centre at this link: https://www.help.tinder.com/
-
Email Customer Support
If you’ve checked the Help Centre and still need assistance, you can contact Tinder customer service via email. To do this, visit the following link: https://www.help.tinder.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Fill out the required fields, providing as much detail as possible about your issue or query. Be sure to include your Tinder account email address and any relevant screenshots. Tinder’s support team typically responds within 24-48 hours.

Reach Out on Social Media
Another way to get in touch with Tinder customer service is via social media. Tinder has an active presence on Twitter and Facebook, where you can send a direct message to the official account. Keep in mind that response times may vary, and it’s generally best to use this method for general questions rather than account-specific issues.

Scroll down to the ‘Help & Support’ section and tap on ‘Contact Us.’ e. Choose the category that best describes your issue, and provide as much information as possible.
Keep in mind that response times may vary when contacting Tinder through the app, but you can expect a reply within 24-48 hours.
I was banned from Tinder for no reason. I’ve been using dating apps for years and have never had a problem before. Tinder just banned me with no notice and gave me no reason for the ban. Is there any way for me to appeal against the decision, or to request a copy of any data that led to the ban (freedom of information)? Or is Tinder just it’s own judge and jury, accountable to nobody?

The Tinder results I am sent do not help at all!
The matches are either out of my age range in preferences or out of the area I am searching for.
Please issue a credit for the recent charge for my renewal, which I did not pre-approve.
