Yep. Useless Evri strike again. One parcel from M&S and one from Redbubble. Constant assurances of delivery, constant failure to deliver. I am going to get a refund and then boycott both companies until they ditch these cowboys in favour of an adult delivery firm.

You could Add H&M and Monki to this List. I have had to get refunds from them because Evri lost my parcels. (H&M had very helpful customer service though)

Can you please update this list as many of the sites don’t use Evri at all (Papa Johns?).

Where do you gather the data for the sites that use Evri?

Please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.

    Warm Regards

      Hello William,

To gather this data, we conducted searches for all E-commerce websites featuring the name Evri/Hermes on their websites or social media accounts. We then verified that they had a partnership with Evri in any way.

However, this data may be somewhat outdated, as our research was completed at the end of 2022, and we have not yet had the opportunity to revise and update it.

You are absolutely correct about Papa John’s; I have removed it from the list. Thank you.

Evri are the worst company you can send your goods with.Absolutely useless.I ordered medicaments I needed online as I couldn’t leave the house I was dependent on a delivery. They just fucked it up so badly I had to call the distributor for help.Even they were appalled at the “service” they got from evri.
They cancelled the contract with evri a month later. The person I spoke to at the distributor told me they’ve had people complaining since awhile about the non existing service from the time when evri was still called “Hermes”.So changing the name didn’t help.I don’t understand why a company like “Superdry” uses evri.I would order online if they only would change their delivery to DHL or comparable company.I’m not ordering anything from companies using evri. And that’s that!

A list if retailers not to use in the future then as Evri are beyond useless, Still waiting on my next day delivery from next 2 days late so far.

  6. Cat

Add CamelBak to this list – if I know a retailer uses Evri I will not shop online with them as the service from Evri is shocking. Items don’t arrive, items left at door without knocking etc etc and absolutely no accountability when an order isn’t received.

  7. CPW

A shocking company and service. I paid for next day delivery and was sent a time slot by EVRI of when my goods would be delivered (ordered from House of Fraser). Twice they said they would deliver and then I get emails saying I was not in, which is a lie. I was in on both days at the times they specified for delivery. I contacted House of Fraser customer services who were not helpful and said they have no control over the courier they use. House of Fraser didn’t even bother to investigate why I had not received my delivery and offered me a free next day delivery waiver for when I order with them again. When I refused this they then offered me a 10% discount on my next order and a free next day delivery option. The other option offered was a £5 refund, instead of £9.99 that I paid for, for next day delivery. So they would only refund the difference between standard and next day delivery. Now that I know which companies use EVRI, I will not be ordering from them. EVRI is the worst courier company I have ever had the experience with. They are unprofessional, not truthful and they send out automated emails to appease customers. This is not the first time I have had this experience within one week with EVRI. It takes time for customers to chase up their deliveries and take time off for your delivery and EVRI have a total lack of respect of time and people in general and in retaining a good business image for themselves. No thanks EVRI you are abysmal at what you do.

  8. James Littlejohn

My name is James, and I am experiencing the same problems with delivery. The company I ordered from was Post Script a book seller which I noticed is not on your list.No delivery next day meant to be delivered in-between 11:30am and 13:30, no sign.stuppid computerized service asking for tracking number, but can’t understand English 4 attempts fail, and 5 one saying will be delivered in-between 11:30am &13:30 even though it’s 14:45. Crappy service need to be put out of business would rather pay more for a reliable service.I will be asking sellers if they use Evri before I buy if they do I am going somewhere else if seller can’t offer a different courier. I know thing can happen but looking at the amount of complaints it’s obvious that management don’t care about their customers.

  9. Mrs J Price

For the past 2/3 years I have had an amazing delivery driver. Being disabled she is so helpful and polite.
However, recently someone else has been delivering to me and left my parcels outside the building, one was open for all to see. Disgusting – couldn’t be bothered to ring my flat from main door as requested.
If my previous driver (Julie) has left (which I hope isn’t the case) I will not be ordering from those who use Evri delivery

Please can you tell me the name of the retailer that sent my parcel?
    Tracking number –
    H*****06
I WISH TO RETURN THE PARCEL BUT DON’T KNOW THE RETAILERS NAME!
