- Print the Evri returns label at home or in a ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device using a QR or authorisation code (they’ll email it to you).
- Attach the return label to your parcel.
- Drop off your parcel at a ParcelShop.
- Locker drop off: Lockers are conveniently located and open 24/7. They’re a quick, easy and secure way to drop off returns. To return your parcel to a Locker, you will need to:
- Print the Evri returns label at home or in a ParcelShop with a Print In ParcelShop device using a QR or authorisation code (we’ll email it to you).
- Attach the return label to your parcel.
- Scan your label to open a locker compartment.
- Courier collection: If you prefer, you can arrange for a courier to collect your return from your home or workplace. To arrange a courier collection, you will need to:
- Go to the Evri website and click on the “Return a parcel” link.
- Enter the tracking number for your delivery.
- Select the reason for your return.
- Enter your contact details.
- Choose a return method.
- Book a collection up to 7 days in advance. Collections between 8am – 8pm.
