Most retailers prefer to manage any changes to the delivery address of your parcel. Therefore, if you need to change the delivery address, you will need to contact the sender or retailer directly. However, Evri also provides an option for you to divert your parcel to a neighbor’s house or another safe place.
To change the delivery address, you can visit Evri’s parcel tracking page, type in your 16-digit tracking number and delivery postcode, and you will be presented with options to change your delivery address.
Multiple Changes
Evri allows you to change your delivery preference as many times as you like. The courier will only be informed of the last preference you chose before they attempt delivery. Therefore, it’s crucial to ensure that you choose the correct delivery preference.
Tracking Your Parcel
After making changes to your delivery address, you might want to track your parcel. With Evri, you can track a parcel using your 16-digit tracking number, which is the barcode number. This tracking number is provided when you book your order or by the sender if you’re receiving a parcel.
ParcelShop Deliveries
For ParcelShop deliveries, when your parcel is marked “on its way”, this means it’s making its way through Evri’s depots to your local ParcelShop. You’ll then receive a text message or email when your parcel is ready to collect.
