These items cannot be accepted into Evri’s network:

| Financial Instruments | Scripts or subscription certificates. |
| Batteries | Especially lithium batteries, unless included with the equipment they power. |
| Tools | Gardening and household tools with blades or sharp edges (e.g., shears, secateurs, saws). |
| Vehicle Parts | Those containing liquids, weighing over 15kg, or exceeding maximum dimension limits. |
| Illegal Items | Goods which are illegal, the carriage of which is illegal, or the supply of which to the recipient is illegal. |
| Magnetised Materials | With a magnetic field strength of 0.159A/m or more at a distance of 2.1m from the package. |
| Manufactured Articles | Goods made in foreign prisons (with exceptions). |
| Misleading Endorsements | Unauthorized words, marks, or designs on parcels. |
| Weapons | Real or replica, including decorative, deactivated, or air-powered weapons. |
| Drugs | Controlled under the UK’s Misuse of Drugs legislations, including medical tests. |
| Biological Materials | Human and animal remains, ashes, live animals, eggs, etc. |
| Dangerous Substances | Serums, vaccines, pesticides, poisonous/toxic substances, radioactive materials, pathogens, clinical waste, etc. |
